 The Steam Dummy and Car PRESIDIO & FERRIES RAILROAD’s Steam Dummy and Car is in fact a small steam locomotive called a “Steam Dummy or Steam Motor”. This tiny train trundled along a seven-block stretch on Baker Street from Greenwich St. to Harbor View Baths at the corner of Baker and Jefferson Streets until 1906. The site of the line’s engine house is now the bottom of the lagoon in the front of the Palace of Fine Arts. $7.99 |
