 ATTACHING THE CABLE A specialized team of SFMTA veteran cable splicers maneuvered the steel cable over pulleys on towers and around the 14-foot sheaves.     Sept. 28, 2017 It's all together again and ready for testing. First a no-load test then a test from 11-3p with a load of 4-5 cars. The system is then checked for vibration and temperature.
